Diocesan Golden Wedding Anniversary Celebration

Annually, Bishop Paul J. Bradley invites married couples celebrating their Golden Wedding Anniversary to gather together at a Diocesan celebration that includes liturgy and a reception. The Sacrament of Matrimony is held in high esteem by the Church, and the Office of Marriage & Family Ministry wishes to proclaim to all in the Diocese the special event status these couples are sharing.


This year's celebration will be on Sunday, September 25 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Augustine Cathedral.

Couples celebrating their Golden Anniversary in 2011 are asked to complete the submission form so an invitation from Bishop Bradley can be mailed to them. Invitations will be sent out around August 15.
