Diocesan Golden Wedding Anniversary Celebration
Annually, Bishop James A. Murray invites married couples celebrating their Golden Wedding Anniversary to gather together at a Diocesan celebration that includes liturgy and a reception. The Sacrament of Matrimony is held in high esteem by the Church, and the Office of Marriage & Family Ministry wishes to proclaim to all in the Diocese the special event status these couples are sharing.
