How to Become a Client

There is a tremendous demand for the services of the IAP.  In order to provide our clients with the high quality of services they expect and deserve, the IAP does not accept walk-ins. All people are seen by appointment only.  Please call (269) 903-0134 for an appointment.

New clients are accepted during an in-take period.  Eligible clients will have a family income of 200% or less of the poverty line and live within the boundaries of the Diocese of Kalamazoo.  Please call (269) 903-0134 to obtain the date of the next in-take period. 

In the event of an emergency, clients may be accepted outside of the normal in-take period.  If you are a victim of domestic violence or or other crime, please contact us at any time for assistance or guidance with the immigration process.
